This error can be caused by one of 2 reasons:

1. Your contact record in GIFTS does not have Reviewer Portal Access. To fix this, do the following:
  1. Log into GIFTS
  2. Full Search
  3. Select Contact as your type of search
  4. If you do not see a place to enter email - click Add Filter in the bottom left
  5. Check the box for E-mail > OK
  6. Enter the e-mail address the reviewer uses to log in
  7. Double click to open the record 
  8. Look for the check box next to Reviewer Portal Access > check the box 
  9. Save and Close

2. There is more than one contact record in GIFTS which uses the e-mail address which has Reviewer Portal Access. To fix this, do the following:
  1. Log into GIFTS
  2. Full Search
  3. Select Contact as your type of search
  4. If you do not see a place to enter email - click Add Filter in the bottom left
  5. Check the box for E-mail > OK
  6. Enter the e-mail address the reviewer uses to log in
  7. The record which displays (Reviewer) is the reviewer record. Open the other records and change the e-mail address in each record. Save and close when done.
