A donor made a £100 event registration payment online via BBIS, the payment was successful but no transaction was downloaded into a CRM batch from the Web area.
We are currently evaluating this issue.

1. Go to Web functional area in CRM 2. Click on Transactions tab and click on Download for User donations 3. No transaction is downloaded even though the Cybersource and BBPS have recorded a successful transaction
