To add an enrollment row for the school year the contract is being recorded for, navigate to:
  1. Core > Users/Access > Profile > Edit User Profile Data
  2. Using the filter options, search for and enter the student's user profile
  3. Click the Student Enrollments link
  4. Click Enroll in School
  5. Select the school year
  6. Select the grade level the student will be in
  7. Repeat this for each School Year they need to be enrolled in
  8. Click Save & Exit
