Billing information confirmation field is blank when checking out using the eStore

After upgrading to BBECRM 4.0 SP10 (4.0.168.0) users may find that the eStore is displaying the constituent's billing information as blank on the confirmation screen.
Upgrade to eStore 6.65 or higher. If your environment is hosted by Blackbaud, please contact support for this upgrade.
