Error: General ODBC Error: Native error 156 Statement(s) could not be preprared. Native error 8180 - running global changes in Fixed Assets

When running a global change in fixed assets to change the class of an asset, we may receive the following error in the picture below:

Steps to Duplicate

1. In Fixed Assets, go to Administration, Globally Change Records.
2. Set up a new global change for assets.
3. Choose class and set operator to replace. 
4. Choose the replace value and the with value. 
5. Click preview and see error.
