When processing a form in the NetCommunity plugin in Education Edge, you receive the following error message:
Error updating existing applicant record: End date must be on or after effective date
Note: you may see some variation of this error, but as long as the message "End date must be on or after effective date" is the same, this article is applicable.
This error happens when the user filling out the form enters an End Date that is before the Effective Date, or Start Date. To resolve, locate the End Date field in the form in the plugin and manually modify it to be after the Effective date. When this is complete, Process the form.
