When I send an email out of BBIS only the primary email address of the constituent receives the email.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Previous to Service pack 11, by default, BBIS sent emails out to primary email addresses. Service Pack 11 introduced the functionality of being able to select email address type in your message. This includes Personal, Business, home, Ect.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Create a selection of constituents you want to receive your email. 2. Create an email list that and link the Selection you created for selected constituents. 3. Create your email message. 4. Press send. 5. Note only primary email addresses receive the email.
