When sending BBIS email messages to constituents' non-primary email addresses, you might notice that the emails despite any Do Not Email flags or End Dates present for that email address type on the constituent record.
Download and install the latest Service Pack which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Steps to Duplicate
1) Go to a constituent record and add a Business email address 2) Mark that email address as Do Not Email and/or put an end date before today's date. 3) Create a constituent query containing that constituent record 4) Go into BBIS and create an Email message 5) Select the constituent query you created in step 3 for the recipient list 6) In the Email address type field, select Business. 7) Send the email job. 8) Notice that the constituent receives the email.
