How to Resolve Citrix Receiver Configuration Manager Error

This article is for customers whose Blackbaud product has Blackbaud Single Sign-On enabled and access the database view from their product without logging in again.
 
To avoid this error when accessing the database view: 
  1. Return to the NXT web view
  2. Click the Databases icon > Open database view to launch this again
 If you are still receiving the error when accessing the database view via the NXT web view, install the latest version of the Citrix Receiver

Note: If your data resides in the Blackbaud SKY environment, we currently recommend Citrix Receiver 4.5. You can download this version from the Citrix Downloads website.

Steps to Duplicate

Users may receive this error in the following scenario:
  1. In the NXT web view, click the databases icon > Open database view
  2. A Citrix file downloads to your computer.
  3. After database view launches, for security reasons, this file deletes.
  4. ​If the file does not delete and you attempt to launch database view from this link, the error may occur.
