This article is for customers whose Blackbaud product has Blackbaud Single Sign-On enabled and access the database view from their product without logging in again.
If you receive a Citrix Receiver Configuration Manager error, we recommend the following action to resolve the issue.
Did you previously click Open database view? If yes, a Citrix file downloads to your computer. After database view launches, for security reasons, this file deletes. If the file does not delete and you attempt to launch database view from this link, the error may occur.
Instead, we recommend you always return to your Blackbaud product’s web view and select Open database view again.
Still receiving an error? Install the latest Citrix Receiver. In your product, from Database view menu, select Install Receiver. From the Citrix website, download and install the receiver.
Note: If you are hosted in one of our Azure Data Centers, we currently recommend Citrix Receiver 4.5. You can download this version from the Citrix Downloads website.
