Recurring gifts not granting the donor constituency

After a patron creates a recurring gift on your web forms you may notice that the constituent was not granted the donor constituency on their constituent record
This issue may be caused by the reporting filters selected for your Altru database. You can adjust your reporting filters to include online recurring gift payments by following the steps below:

1. Click Revenue > Reporting filters
2. Click the arrow next to your revenue filter > Click edit
3. Under the payment section > mark Order and mark Recurring gift

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click web > manage donation forms
  2. Click the drop down arrow next to a designation that allows recurring gifts online and click on the URL
  3. Add the information on the web forms and complete the order
  4. Click constituents > constituent search > search for and select the constituent tied to the order
  5. Click on the personal info > constituencies tab
Notice that the constituent was not granted the donor constituency
