Note: As you build this list, please save periodically to avoid loss of data
  1. Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Click Add
  4. Click Create Advanced List
  5. Under Constituent Information, click:
    • User Base
    • User Role
  6. Expand Admission and click:
    • Candidate
    • Candidate Detail
  7. Click Display Fields
  8. Click Select Fields
  9. Expand User Base
  10. Under User Base add:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
  11. Expand User Role
  12. Mark Role
  13. Expand Candidate
  14. Expand Candidate Detail
  15. Mark Educational consultant
  16. Click Select
  17. Select Filters
  18. Under Global Filters, click the +
  19. Choose User Role. Role any of Candidate and Student
  20. Click Select
  21. Choose Candidate Detail.Educational consultant is not an empty string
  22. Click Select
  23. Click Save & Exit
