Date added for interaction in CRM is NULL for emails sent via BBIS

Date added for interaction in CRM is NULL for emails sent via BBIS. 
This only happens in a specific circumstance or randomly.

 
Download and install the latest Service Pack which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.  

Steps to Duplicate

BBNS service which moves the date added from BBIS to CRM is running every 4 minutes. 

When an email is clicked to be sent , it goes through 4-5 steps and may take 2-30 seconds to send the email out and in the meantime sent date in BBIS is NULL.
Sent date is updated once the email is actually sent and it may take 20-30 seconds in whole process.

If the BBNC service runs in that window of 20-30 seconds then it moves all the email details and with NULL sent date to CRM.

If there is any change in that email row in BBIS then an update to CRM is made and in that case it’s fine , but otherwise record is left with blank dateadded.

Temp workaround (unconfirmed)
Schedule this service to run every 30 mins.
