Manage correspondence process returns zero records

Existing manage correspondence process that has worked ok over a long period of time suddenly starts returning zero records.

Workaround:

Rebuild the process from scratch without changing any of the parameters and it works again.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate

1. Go to Marketing and Communications
2. Click on Manage correspondence
3. Click on problem process
4. Start process and zero records are returned
