This is now possible in v2.0, provided they are added to the course in Core > Departments & Courses.

Ability to run Schedule Maker in the fall and then again in the spring for the current school year.  Once attendance is taken in the fall, the ability to use Schedule Maker for the current school year gets locked down.

You can run Generate Master Schedule and Generate Student Schedule when grades and attendance exists.  However, the processes will not remove a student from a class that has grades and attendance recorded.

Ability to run Schedule Maker by individual grade levels, departments; for example, schedule all seniors, Science classes first.
