Guests come down with a middle name when a middle name is not specified when using Event Registration Form

When you use an Event Registration Form in BBIS, if a guest puts more than one name in the surname field then the surname is split in the downloaded batch and a middle name is created.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Enter 2 tickets
  2. Fill in the details for the main participant
  3. For the guest, enter multiple names in the surname field such as: First Name -> Derek & Surname -> Alexander John Marr
  4. Continue with submitting the transaction
  5. Go to Web in CRM and download the Event transactions
  6. Open the batch
  7. Click to Review Transactions Details
  8. Go to the Guests tab
  9. Click to view Guest information
  10. Observe that it has First Name / Middle Name and Surname. The Surname has been split into the Middle Name. On the main registrant, this doesn't happen.
