This issue is caused when the RE Call Center user option has the Fund set to use Fund Description instead of Fund ID
  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge as the Call Center user experiencing the issue.
  2. Click on Tools > User Options.

  3. On the Records tab, select Funds and change the Fund Format drop-down value from Description to Fund ID
