These errors are network related.  Your workstation is having difficulties communicating with the FIMS server.
  1. Rebooting your workstation first.
  2. If that doesn't resolve the error, then a reboot of the FIMS server would be the best next step.
  3. If that doesn't resolve the error, the last step is to investigating the network hardware between the FIMS server and the workstation for defects, specifically the workstation's Ethernet cable/card/switch port.
