These errors are network related.  Your workstation is having difficulties communicating with the FIMS server.
  1. I would recommend rebooting your workstation first.
  2. If that doesn't resolve the error, then a reboot of the FIMS server would be the next step.
  3. If that doesn't resolve, the last step is investigating the network hardware between the FIMS server and the workstation for defects, specifically the workstation's Ethernet cable/card/switch port.
