Note: As of July 9, 2018, Blackbaud's School Management solutions (which include Core, onBoard, onCampus, onMessage, and onRecord) are utilizing a new top level navigation. This primarily affects users performing administrative tasks-constituent navigation for most parents, students, faculty, and alumni will remain the same. We appreciate your patience as we work to update our documentation. If you are seeing this message, the content of this solution is still being vetted for possible updates. Please refer to this mapping document if you need assistance finding a task in the new navigation.
A student who was dropped from this course is still appearing as an option for Course Recommendations for the Teacher, why is this?
If a student was enrolled for any period of time in a section (and not dropped with the schedule error reason), then the teacher is able to recommend courses for that student. There have been no changes to how the roster is populated on the Course Recommendation screen, so this is how it has been working since it was implemented. Any student enrolled in a section from the start date of the offering will be included in the list and the code does not check for dropped students.
