When adding a URL to the "Additional Information Page URL" field of an Emergency Bulletin, this field will highlight red when you click Save, if the URL is invalid. If you know this is the correct URL, you'll want to check for any extra spaces before or after the URL, as this will cause an Invalid URL error.
Remove any spaces before or after the URL and Save - and this will correct the Invalid URL error.
