In order to track the Contract Send Date, the Contract Send Date needs to be added to the Users Record when Recording a Contract in bulk or individually. If the Contract Send Date is not entered, at the time the Contract is assigned, then there will be no way to know when the Contract was sent.
To build an Advanced List of Contract Send Date, navigate to:
Lists> Manage Lists Click Manage Basic and Advanced Lists
Select the Filters Tab
Under the Global Filters click + to add a Global Filter
In the Field dropdown select Contract. School Year any of and the Year you are looking for such as 2017-2018
