If inventory is tracked for a product, when the quantity reaches zero, the product will no longer display on the store front. It won't be marked as sold out or that no items are left; it simply will not be visible on the front end. To configure inventory tracking:
  1. Select Fundraising > eCommerce
  2. Enter the name of the product
  3. Click Search
  4. Click Edit under the Actions column
  5. On the left hand navigation pane, select Manage Inventory
  6. Under Do you want to track inventory for this product?, mark the checkbox 'Yes, track inventory for this product.'
  7. Under Possible configurations for this product., enter the Quantity on Hand
  8. Click Save
