BBIS header is by default serving up the IE9 compatibility mode.

The application is sending a HTTP header that requests legacy IE9 mode for Internet Explorer browsers.  Sites include features that target newer browsers. Those features don’t behave as expected in Internet Explorer 10 and 11, due to the legacy IE mode.

By contrast you can navigate to Google.com or many other sites and see the site is defaulting to emulate the version of IE that is being used.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open up Internet Explorer.
2. Navigate to a BBIS site.
3. Press F12 to open up the Developer Tools.
4. On the developer tools section Emulation.  You can see by default the server is set to emulate the Document Mode 9.
