The issue here is that there is a Bug in our software that sets those Stage 2 Reviews to a Pending status, which means it is not visible to the Reviewer but remains open and visible in GIFTS Online.

To work past the Bug, we suggest assigning both Stage 1 and Stage 2 Reviews simultaneously. Beyond that, another fix would be to start the Review process over and reassign all Reviews.

If these suggestions are not suitable, there remains a chance that we in Blackbaud GIFTS Support may be able to run a script that will force the Reviews out of Pending status so that they become visible. Please note that the Bug is being addressed at high priority and that our Development team is actively working toward a resolution.
