When registering for a multi-level event using a package containing registrations for more than one level, you might notice that guest registrations aren't being added. If the package is selected on the Single Events tab, the guest records are added to the Registration list.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1) Go to a multi-level event record and add package options containing multiple registrants for one child events 2) Go to the child event from Step 1 and open the Registrations tab 3) Click Add 4) Register a constituent on the Packages tab. 5) Go to the Registrations tab of the same child event and notice that the guest registrations are not there. 6) On the Registrations tab, click Add. 7) Select a different constituent and register using the Single Event tab on the Event Registration form. 8) As the Registration option, select the same option from the Package. 9) Notice that this Registration correctly adds the guest registrations.
