I am getting an Error: The Grantee Portal failed to update. Please re-submit your request...when updating a due date on a published requirement

When the user goes to a requirement that has been published to the web and changes the Due date they will get a message that requirement will be updated on the applicants account. They allow the update and select done and will get an error:

  The Grantee Portal failed to update. Please re-submit your request.
  Due Dates were not updated on the IGAM server.
  The id of the logged Exception is xxxxxxx
  OK
This has been entered as a Product Defect and is currently listed as a critical issue.
At this time it is recommended not to update the Due Date on the requirement until we have corrected the issue.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to a requirement that has been published to the web - applicants account
2. Change and update the Due date and save
3. The following message will populate:
    You have updated the Due Date on a requirement
    That has previously been published to the Grantee
    Portal,This value will be updated on the Grantee
    Portal also.
4. Check the box to agree then select Done
5. Error message:
  The Grantee Portal failed to update. Please re-submit your request.
  Due Dates were not updated on the IGAM server.
  The id of the logged Exception is xxxxxxx
