When clicking the eReceipt link from notification emails regarding donations or registrations made through an Online Express Donation or Event form, a blank white page appears with this text at the top left: "A receipt cannot be generated." The eReceipt does not load.
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue and its impact on the software. After careful consideration, we have determined that we will not be addressing this issue.
Steps to Duplicate
Open a notification email from an Online Express donation or event registration.
Click the eReceipt link at the bottom of the email.
