This could be caused by your Ticket Template not having the correct printing rules.
  1. Go to Tickets> Sales Documents under Printing
  2. Locate the proper Template, and click the hyperlinked name.
  3. From here, you will see a list of all Printing Rules for the different sales methods.
  4. If you don't have a printing rule, click Add.
  5. Change the Delivery Method to be In Person, and mark the box for Daily Sales. Click Save.
  6. If you already have a printing rule for In Person, click on the down arrows next to it, and choose edit.
  7. Make sure Daily Sales is marked and click Save.
