Applicants are receiving Error: Failed to delete application, when trying to delete an application Outcomes

My applicant is in the Outcomes portal and trying to delete an in-progress application. They are receiving a failed to delete application message.
Our development team is working on a resolution for this issue. At this time, we would recommend your applicant just waiting to delete the application until we have this resolved.

If critical, please contact us through the PowerMe Portal or by calling (877)704-3343 with the application ID and Form ID of the application you want deleted.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Applicant logs into Outcomes to access In-progress applications.
2. They select an application and click the ellipsis button, and choose delete.
3. Message Failed to delete application appears.
