An error occurred before executing the process Zip Business Process : Error processing file.

Users may get this error : "An error occurred before executing the process Zip Business Process : Error processing file." when running a queue that includes the Auto File Download Business Process, Zip Business Process, and FTP Transfer Business Process.
This issue is caused by the Zip Business Process not being able to locate a valid file to zip.
  1. Open the queue's Auto File Download Business Process for editing and verify that target file is set to be a .csv file. 
  2. Open the queue's Zip Business Process for editing and verify that the source file is set to the .csv defined in step 1.
  3. Run the queue and confirm if the issue is resolved.
