Error: Account Not Found - when adding account number to invoices in FENXT

When adding an invoice in FENXT web view, we may see the following error when adding an account to an invoice's distribution : Error: Account Not Found.

We are currently investigating this issue and will update this article.



*Note: click add again and the account will be recognized and added successfully.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log in to FENXT webview
  2. go to Payables, and enter a new invoice.
  3. Go to the Distribution, and type in existing account.
  4. click add and see error : Error : account not found. 

*Note: The account does exist in FENXT databaseview and is active.
