Users may notice that phone numbers and email addresses are missing from the Raiser's Edge Mobile App when viewing a constituent record. When viewing the same constituent record in the database the phone numbers and email addresses are listed.

Steps to Duplicate
1. Log into the Raiser's Edge Mobile App 2. Select Menu (three horizontal lines) 3. Select Search 4. Enter Constituent Name 5. Click Search button on phone (Magnifying Glass) 6. Click on Constituent Name 7. No Phone Numbers or Email Address listed
