Complete each of the following steps until the issue is resolved:
  1. Review What is the turn-around time and match rate for each Finder service to confirm that the results should have been returned by now.
  2. Open the Data Tune-up process and click the Start process button in Step 3 if it is available.

  3. Click Check file availability.  If the results are available the Start process button will become active.  Click Start process.

  4. Review What are the requirements of the Data Tune-Up Finder settings fields to ensure a successful submission?
  5. Review What are the requirements of the Edit process fields for a Data Tune-up process to ensure a successful submission?
  6. If updates were required in Steps 4 or 5 your submission may have been rejected.  Resubmit your Data Tune-up process by clicking Start process in Step 1.
    • Your organization won't be charged for the second submission as the first one was rejected.
