Applications sent back for resubmission or Stage 2 applications are seeing a message "The limit for this response is 0 words" even when the field doesn't have a word limit set.

We have corrected all applications that were in progress when this message occurred. If your applicant is still seeing the message, they should be able to submit, as it's just an erroneous message, at this time.

If your applicant is unable to submit, please create a case through the PowerMe Portal or call us at (877)704-3343 with the following information:

Site ID, Form ID, and Application ID.
