I've set up a donation form in Luminate Online and I've cross-referenced an appeal or package under "Configure Cross-References" but that package information is not appearing in Raiser's Edge once the transaction has synced. What can I do to ensure my appeal or package information syncs?
In order for appeal or package information to sync from Luminate Online to Raiser's Edge you must also cross-reference the campaign.
To do so:
Select Fundraising > Donation Management
Click Edit for the Donation Form
Click Configure Cross References
Select a campaign from "The Raiser's Edge Campaign"
Note: In this instance, we're referring to the "Raiser's Edge Campaign" cross-reference on the donation form itself NOT cross-referencing the Donation Campaign in Luminate Online
