Clients with access to Clarify and who want to create a case for Team Approach to go to TA Support in Clarify and look at their options. Choosing TEAMAPPROACHOLTRNG should be the option they choose.
In Case Central, that option shows up as 'Team Approach Training' under Product. It will push the case to TA Support and they will get a ticket generated in Clarify. If the client does not have the Team Approach Support option in the 'Product' list, then their AE will need to submit a contract on that to Finance to have it added.
