This information can be edited on the teacher's profile.
  1. Go to either Core > People Finder or Academics > Scheduling > Faculty list.
  2. Search for and select the Teacher to edit.
  3. Select the Schedule tab.
  4. Under Settings, click Edit.

  1. Select a Homeroom and Departments(if desired).
  2. Click Add scheduling restriction to determine the blocks a teacher is available.
  3. Select the School Level and mark all blocks they would be available for.
  4. Repeat steps 6 and 7 if needed to add additional school level restrictions.
  1. Click Save.
