When attempting to log into Altru, during navigation of Altru's functioning areas, or when attempting to purchase a ticket online you may receive this error message: The section could not be loaded. The transaction log for database 'tempdb' is full. To find out why space in the log cannot be reused, see the log_reuse_wait_desc column in sys.databases.
This issue has been resolved. If this issue occurs, Click Chat with Support and provide the following information:   
  • The exact steps to duplicate the issue (click by click).
  • The exact date and time this occurred.
