We can create a group of constituents who did not open a the coaching email by comparing constituents that received the coaching email message again those constituents who did open the coaching email.  We will first run a Delivery Recipient Report to find those constituents that received the coaching email message:
  1. Select Fundraising > TeamRaiser 
  2. Click Manage next to your TeamRaiser 
  3. Select Coaching Emails 
  4. Select Delivery List tab 
  5. Click Review for the email 
  6. Under Related Actions, click Delivery Recipient Report 
  7. When the report has finished running, click View 
  8. Click Add results to group 
  9. Select Create a new group 
  10. Click Go 
  11. Finish configuring your group and click Save 

We will now run the coaching Message Open report to find those constituents who opened the coaching email message:
  1. Select Fundraising > TeamRaiser 
  2. Click Manage next to your TeamRaiser 
  3. Select Coaching Emails 
  4. Select Delivery List tab 
  5. Click Review for the email 
  6. Under Related Actions, click Delivery Recipient Report 
  7. When the report has finished running, click View 
  8. Click Add results to group 
  9. Select Create a new group 
  10. Click Go 
  11. Finish configuring your group and click Save 

We will now create a query that will allow us to compare the two groups:
  1. Select Data Management > Query 
  2. Click Create a new Query 
  3. Fill out the required fields and click Save 
  4. Click Add Group Clause 
  5. Search for your group containing the email delivery recipients 
  6. Select that group and click Save 
  7. Click Add Group Clause 
  8. Adjust the dropdown menu next to "Include contacts that are," select "not a member of any of" 
  9. Search for the group containing constituents that opened the message (the first group created above) 
  10. Select that group and click Save 
  11. Click Save Query
  12. Click Run Query 

The query results will include those constituents who received the email message, but are not included in the Message Open report; thus, the query will include only constituents who did not open the original coaching email message. From the query results page, you can export the constituent data to Excel by running a Mail Merge.  You can also use the query results to create a group which can be set as the target audience for your coaching email resend.
