After upgrading to 4.0 Service Pack 11, users are encountering the error "The given key was not present in the dictionary" when creating new enhanced revenue batches that uses a custom batch template.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1) Navigate to Batch Entry. 2) Click "+Add" a new uncommitted batch. 3) Select the an Enhanced Revenue Batch that uses a custom batch template. 4) Click Save 5) Search for any constituent 6) Enter all required fields 7) Click "Save and close" 8) Receive the error message: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
