Error: Out of balance - when posting reversal for deleted charge

You may notice that when you go to post the reversals for a deleted charge, the charge is shown with one debit and two credits, and you receive the error: Out of Balance.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

To prevent your post validation from failing: 

1. Go to Administration > Post > Open post parameter
2. Select Filters tab > for Post date select Specific Range > for Start Date, select a date after the problem charge's post date
