Email Lists are not refreshing when emails are sent in Online Express

When sending an email from Online Express using an existing email list based on a Raiser's Edge dynamic query, some users may note that the list retains the original recipients, instead of refreshing to include new recipients.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.  In the meantime, the user can manually "refresh" the email list by following these steps:
  1. Click Manage Lists
  2. Find the list you wish to update and select Edit
  3. Click Save & Close
The list will now include the updated results of the query.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create dynamic query in Raiser's Edge
  2. Create email list and include that query.
  3. Send email, all recipients receive email.
  4. Update query in Raiser's Edge and save to get new results
  5. Send email using same list.
  6. Email should go to new batch of recipients based on updated results, but instead, goes to original list.
