The drop down is blank in ABM - when hosted by Blackbaud Hosting Services

After successfully logging into Blackbaud Hosting Services and launch Advanced Budget Module, the drop down inside the application may be blank.
This occurs for Blackbaud Hosting Services users that have been successfully added to the ABMUsers group without having been added to the FEUsers security group.  To resolve this issue, add the existing Blackbaud Hosting Services user profile to an FE security group from the User Administration tool on the Blackbaud Hosting Services landing page.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Logon to Blackbaud Hosting Services
  2. Launch ABM from the landing page
  3. Click the drop down 
  4. The drop down menu is blank
