Acknowledgement emails are not sending from my Event Registration form.

After creating an Event Registration form, user are reporting that the acknowledgement email is not sending after registering for the event.
This issue can occur if the privacy policy link and the unsubscribe link are not included in the acknowledgement email. To resolve this issue, add the privacy policy links and unsubscribe links to the email.  

Steps to Duplicate

1) Create an Event Registration form.
2) Create an Acknowledgement email.
3) Register for the event.
4) Notice that the acknowledgement email is not received.
5) Navigate to the Messages functional area in BBIS.
6) Notice that the acknowledgment email is in an editable state.
