When I run a Report on a Marketing effort in BBDM no results populate in the report.

I created and ran a Marketing Effort in Blackbaud Direct Marketing, I tried to run a report on the Effort and no results populate in the report. There is no error message.  
Before you can run a report on a Marketing effort you first have to Run an ETL Refresh and Refresh the Marketing Effort. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Run a Marketing Effort. 
2. Go to Analysis.
3. Click the Marketing Reports. 
4. Click The Marketing Effort Reports.
5. Click Marketing Effort Revenue.
6. The Search wizard for Marketing Efforts will appear, search and select the marketing effort you ran. 
7. Click View Report. 
8. Note no results populate.
