My applicants are receiving an error after answering all of the eligibility quiz questions in our online applications. How do I fix this?

My applicants are receiving an error after answering all of the eligibility quiz questions in our online applications. This has only recently started occurring. The error message is received after submitting the eligibility quiz, and reads "Error occurred. Return to account manager page." What can I do to resolve this for my applicants?
This error message is generally caused by an issue with the eligibility quiz questions themselves. In the database, the quiz questions currently have a character limit of 255 characters. This limit is not enforced in the actual application. In older versions of IGAM, the software simply truncated questions at 255 characters so that this was not an issue. However, recent upgrades to IGAM have removed this truncate functionality. To resolve this error, simply shorten your eligibility quiz questions to be less than or equal to 255 characters. You can do this by logging in to GIFTS Online > Launch > Applications > Forms Manager > Select the active applications > Actions > Deactivate > Select the inactive application > Actions > Open Form > Settings > Eligibility Quiz.
