Transaction count wrong in BBIS

When viewing emails sent in BBIS, you may see that the transaction numbers state "0"  but when opening the transactions we can see a list of numbers"xxx" that have sent.  The two numbers may not match up between the transaction numbers and the list. . Also, when comparing these to the marketing effort in CRM, you may see a number of xxx, that is different then number xxx in the transaction list.  
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack 

Steps to Duplicate

To see the 0 transactions in BBIS:

1. Log into BBIS
2. Go to Emails > Messages
3. Click on the Stats icon
4. Click the 0 under Transactions
5. This displays a list of transactions - which means the number should not be displaying 0.
