In order to resolve this issue, Microedge Technical Support is needed. When contacting the helpdesk, please provide Microedge Support with the following information:
- The full text of the error message you received
- The URL of your GIFTS Online site
- The application ID/ record ID/ form ID of the application that you're considering. This is a standard column in the Retrieve and Manage Applications window.
If you receive this error, please provide the above information to the Microedge Helpdesk in order to have this issue resolved.
