If you've entered an Abbreviation for a course, but it's not displaying on the Transcript, you'll want to check that the version of the course that's being pulled on to the Transcript is not marked as Inactive.

Marking a course as Inactive only prevents it from being offered in future years, so the course can be Inactive, while currently in use. 

To check if the course you're pulling on to the Transcript is Inactive:
  1.  Navigate to Academics > Scheduling > Requests and Schedules > Departments & Courses
  2. Using the filters on the right, enter the course title in the search, then filter for Course Status: Inactive.
  3. Once you've located your Inactive course, click the yellow pencil/edit icon to the right.
  4. Click the Grading tab.
  5. Enter your Abbreviation.
  6. Click Save & Exit.
