OLX Participant Attributes Date and Comment not populated

When participant attributes from an Online Express Event form are added to the participant record, the Date and Comments fields are not populated.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create an Online Express Event Form and add Participant Attributes
  2. Complete the form and in Online Express download the Event Transaction
  3. Create the batch from Online Express and commit this onto The Raiser's Edge
  4. Go to the Event and open the participant record
  5. On the Attributes tab, the attribute Description and Date are not populated
