- onRecord > Lists > Courses
- Click Choose Columns
- Mark Prerequisites
- Click Apply Changes
- Click the Filters Icon if you wish to Filter for specifics such as Grade Levels
- Expand General, click Select Course Grade Levels, and mark all Grade Levels you wish to see within the List
- Click Select
- Click Apply Filters
- Click Export if you wish to export the List to Excel
- Click Save if you wish to Save the List for future Use
